The use of digital x-rays has many benefits. Images are clearer, sharper and can be previewed almost immediately as compared to film based radiography. Perhaps the biggest benefit for patients is the lower radiation dosage required to capture a digital image.

This is a film developed x-ray (OPG). It takes around 10 to 15 mins to process the film xray.
