After extracting his two lower right back teeth, our patient was unable to bite well. He had also noticed that the 2 upper right corresponding back teeth was growing downwards or supra-erupting.
He decided that he wanted to replace his missing teeth.
Options were given to our patient. He did not want to wear a denture and finally decided to go for dental implants. A surgery was done to insert two dental implants into his gum ridge and subsequently connecting dental crowns to the implants.
Our patient has a missing front tooth and has been wearing dentures on a long time. He recently decided that he wants a fixed tooth replacement.
An adhesively bonded acid-etch bridge was used to restore the missing tooth.
